Brilliant minds

Brilliant minds over the time have made the history from Greek mythology to current high speed internet age where a click is enough to get your food at your door step. Brilliant minds are behind the current society where now we can get every necessary item for life leading at our hand at even 15 th floor where once human needed to collect all needed resource by them. In all age, brilliant minds are the fore leaders of the society visibly or silent mode as they can think can identify problem, can plan to act, can implement and finally can run and execute the overall thing in society. The unique skills of brilliant minds like analytical and problem solving skill, Team Spirit, Proactivity along with basics like ethics, courage give them the vision to make the new world for all. In every aspect of life these brilliant minds plays their own role to enrich the society.

The country roads community forming here is waiting for the brilliant minds that will architect the next age for Bangladesh by glorifying country pride. We interact with brilliant minds in every stage of life. Human activities and communication with others depends on the person's brilliancy and the neatness of the person's intension and clarity of mind. Brilliant minds are solving problems in seconds in our daily life irrespective of social scenarios like managing family problems where sensitive relationships to manage or professional life scenarios where managing local or foreign clients keeping self respect and country pride intact.

These brilliant minds are every where around us and doing their job naturally to strengthen society but unfortunately these brilliant minds are mostly working as islands. Like may be a brilliant mind is doing a very innovative R&D and others are not even aware about it. Or take another case where a very good but critical initiative is executed and run successfully but most people only knows that output in casual manner without the brilliancy behind it. Young leaders

Leaders are those who make the society suitable to live. Without leaders any society is unthinkable. Each and every person looks up to the leader in his or her context by nature. Leadership is one of the most salient aspects in any society for which nobody asks for but expects that there will be leaders in the society for him/her. When we talk about the young leaders, we extend our expectations from the leader who will be messenger for the new age in the society. Young denotes the new and innovative things in the social context and young leaders always take any society in the next level through their enthusiasm.

Young leaders are role model in the society and people expect ethics, team spirit, and courage with Proactivity which makes the young leader capable to give leadership to the society with a concrete vision. We can see the overwhelming welcome tone for the young leaders in the every stage of society, from government level to small club level. Young leaders can bring change in the society which makes the society ready for the new things irrespective to the context of leading area like enterprise, business or politics.

Here in country roads, we want young leaders' active participation to make the community aligned with the real society.
